Privacyverklaring – Runeheim (English below)

Bij Runeheim hechten wij veel waarde aan jouw privacy. In deze privacyverklaring staat beschreven welke persoonsgegevens worden verzameld, waarvoor deze worden gebruikt en hoe wij deze veiligstellen.

1. Welke gegevens worden verzameld?

Wij verzamelen alleen de gegevens die worden ingevuld op onze formulieren, zoals:

Emailadres
Naam, type deelname (bezoeker, standhouder, artiest, horeca), social links of andere relevante informatie

2. Waarvoor worden de gegevens gebruikt?

Jouw gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om:

Je op de hoogte te stellen van inschrijvingen, ticketverkoop of praktische info rondom het evenement
Je vragen of aanmelding te verwerken (bijv. als standhouder, foodtruck of artiest)

We sturen géén reclame of informatie die niets met het evenement te maken heeft.

3. Hoe lang worden gegevens bewaard?

Wij bewaren gegevens tot uiterlijk 3 maanden na afloop van het evenement, tenzij je opnieuw expliciete toestemming geeft om langer ingeschreven te blijven voor een toekomstige editie.

Met uitzondering van de mailinglijsten, hiervoor blijven naam en emailadres bewaard voor de komende evenementen. Er is altijd een mogelijkheid om uit te schrijven van de mailinglijsten. Hierop worden uw gegevens direct uit ons bestand verwijderd.

4. Wie heeft toegang tot de gegevens?

Alleen de organisatie van Runeheim heeft toegang tot de gegevens. Wij delen geen informatie met derden zonder toestemming.

5. Rechten

Je hebt altijd het recht om:

Jouw gegevens op te vragen.
Jouw gegevens aan te passen.
Jouw gegevens te laten verwijderen.

Veiligheid: We doen er alles aan om je gegevens veilig te bewaren en volgen de richtlijnen van de AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming).

At Runeheim, we attach great importance to your privacy. This privacy statement describes which personal data is collected, what it is used for and how we secure it.

1. What data is collected?

We only collect the data that is entered on our forms, such as:

Email address
Name, type of participation (visitor, exhibitor, artist, catering), social links or other relevant information

2. What is the data used for?

Your data is only used to:

Inform you about registrations, ticket sales or practical information about the event
Process your questions or registration (e.g. as an exhibitor, food truck or artist)

We do not send any advertising or information that has nothing to do with the event.

3. How long is data stored?

We store data for up to 3 months after the end of the event, unless you give explicit permission again to remain registered for a future edition.

With the exception of the mailing lists, for which name and email address are stored for future events. There is always an option to unsubscribe from the mailing lists. Your data will then be immediately removed from our file.

4. Who has access to the data?

Only the Runeheim organization has access to the data. We do not share information with third parties without permission.

5. Rights

You always have the right to:

Request your data.
Adjust your data.
Have your data deleted.
